The evaporation is a thermal process that, starting from a solution, allows to separate two liquid phases: a distillate and a concentrate.
Evaporation of the wastewater
The operating principle consists in the evaporation of the wastewater. The distilled water can be put back into the production cycle, while the concentrated wastewater pollutant can be disposed of at significantly reduced costs, given the considerable reduction in volume.
Advantages of industrial evaporators:
As part of the treatment of industrial waste, the use of evaporator systems has several advantages:
– a strong reduction in disposal costs and sometimes the recovery of basic products -free from the need to have an open circuit treatment system allowing almost total recovery of the washing water – the distillate has a salinity usually lower than that of the mains, it can therefore be used for some washes that require particularly pure water.
